Mental Health & Wellness Support Group
Free, peer-led support groups open to adults living with mental health concerns or symptoms of mental illness. All groups are led by peers with firsthand experience living with mental health concerns.
2nd & 4th Thursday of every month from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
