Client Services Coordinator (Part Time)

CAER Food Shelf is seeking a compassionate and organized Client Services Assistant to help support our mission of providing food and essential services to those in need. 

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys direct service work, thrives in a people-centered environment, and wants to contribute their skills to support our neighbors in crisis. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register clients for food and other services
  • Assess client needs and connect them with appropriate resources
  • Guide clients through the eligibility process for financial assistance and Car CAER support
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up with necessary agencies
  • Support general operations, including answering phones, accepting donations, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9-3, Thursday 3-7
