“Every year I am excited about this event as it brings members of our communities together with a common goal of improving the quality of the Mississippi River,” said District 3 Commissioner Jeff Reinert, who serves as the county’s lead commissioner on Parks. “I want to thank all the volunteers who take time to make a difference in a significant area we all care about.”
