But most of all\, these technical careers are about those people who like to see the product of a honest day's work.\n\nJoin us to tour local manufacturers businesses and see for yourself the . . .\n\n\n variety of career opportunities available at local companies (wages\, job skills\, responsibilities)\n pathways to building the knowledge and skills needed to qualify for today's manufacturing jobs\n purpose and value of the modern manufacturing companies located in our community\n\n\n\nThis evening of career exploration is set up for community members\, middle and high school students and their parents. They provide 5-axis milling\, Swiss machining\, CNC turning\, and vertical and horizontal milling\, producing complex\, high-precision components for industries including aerospace\, medical\, semiconductor\, and defense. \n CAD (Center for Advanced Design) is a product design and engineering company that helps turn ideas into manufacturable products. They specialize in industrial design\, 3D modeling and design engineering\, prototyping\, and production documentation\, helping clients move from an initial concept through development and ultimately toward mass production.\n CDI (Construction Devices\, Inc) manufactures custom roof curbs and related rooftop HVAC equipment solutions for commercial and industrial buildings. Their products help ensure rooftop HVAC units\, fans\, and other mechanical equipment are properly supported and integrated with roofing systems.\n Heritage Millwork is a custom architectural millwork company that creates high-quality woodwork and interior finishes for commercial projects. Their work includes custom cabinetry\, casework\, countertops\, wall panels\, reception areas\, and other specialty architectural woodwork.
